I have bought several shoes from Herrings. They have all been excellent quality, with the best customer service I have received. Postage to Australia has been very quick. Most recently I bought shoes that unfortunately did not suit me. The service in returning these shoes and getting a refund was first class. I buy my dress shoes only from Herrings.

What a wonderful customer experience. Lightfast, efficient, and it still felt like dealing with a family business. The shoes are very well made, the craftsmanship is up to what you would expect from an excellent British shoe. At your price point you really offer great value. The tie is also beautiful and unique, and the shoe trees do the job better than other over priced options. Going back to the customer service, this is the first time I purchase a pair of shoes from you but I used other e-shops before. Thanks to your superior service, you're my number one option now. Keep supporting British Made and EU made products. It's what makes many people like me to spend a bit more money for a lot more value, history and tradition.
